Try and book the transport as early as possible and give me all the relevant postcodes so I can plan the best and fastest routes. Let me know if there are any possible problems with parking at the venue or later at the reception. Let me know which person I need to have a contact number for on the day. I would need to talk to my contact person to plan the schedule for the day. If anything should wrong, like someone not turning up etc., they might want to tell me to wait or just go on as planned. Make sure you plan with plenty of time. I normally plan to arrive with a large time frame to give my passengers plenty of time to find their seats before departure. It’s a good idea to tell your guest they need to be there earlier than they really need to be just in case someone is running late. Especially those people you know are always late!. It’s important for me to know the routes and the necessary times of travel in case I will be travelling in peak traffic times or on motorways.
